Annual Service Older models

To have your machine service you require to either send it to us or drop it off at our location.

To return the machine to us drain all the gas from the tank. Pack in its transport case put the machine and case in a cardboard box , if no box is available get some cling film packing and wrap around the case. If no case pack well in a cardboard box.

Engine service can be done by any Honda small engine repair shop but experience shows that normally they do not have the knowledge of what to check with the pounder and can cause severe damage if not trained on how the pounder section functions.

We can carry out an engine service at the same time as the Pounder service.

Servicing your machine depends on the model as each model has it own specific requirments and need strip down and servicing some every 30 hours.

Post Pounder PP85, PP52,PP83 or PP100 and our competitor products Redidriver,Rhino,Titan, Skdril all are grease based lubrication system.

The service requires clean out of hammer anvil and old grease,check dampers and cylinders and inspect for wear or damage.

Replace O rings, replace worn parts repack with EP0 grease, test and ship back.

Parts are extra and customer will be advised before we replace.
