Warranty
Individual items such Post Pounders have specifiic warranty limts depending on usage. Please consult the idividual product page for waranty details.
General fence products have a manufacturers warranty on any defects during manufacture.
Fence products generally have a long life if maintained well annually to adjust against weather damage.
We do not provide any warranty against storm, flood damage, snow and ice load damage or poor soil conditions that may corrode the steel.
We do not provide any warranty on products that have been installed incorrectly.
Repairs
Repairs of machines in our workshop often results in parts being replaced or even engines.
Damaged parts or engines will be available for return to the customer at time of repair.
However as many repairs involve shipping to us and shipping back we do not normally ship the damaged parts back to keep the cost of shipping to a minimum.
If the customer specifically requests then we can pack and ship the damaged items back.
We do send pictures of the damaged parts prior to the repair so that the customer can see what has been damaged , worn or broken.
After 30 days the items are sent for scrap.
