The Driveway Vehicle Sensor (LM157) allows a vehicle to drive past the sensor's 12 ft. magnetic field and will open your gate automatically, allowing guests the ability to exit without a keyfob.

• Works with single and dual gate openers.
• Easy DIY (Do It Yourself) installation.
• Can be installed 10-50 ft. away from the gate.
• Note that this sensor wand generates and detects a magnetic field. It has been observed that after a severe coronal mass ejection ( very strong Northern lights) the exit wand may be interfered with and require reseting the sensitivity.
